Description

A dark plum sister to my shell rag doll 18th century dress. Imagine the base in dark plum shot black dupioni, encrusted with beautiful textures in contrasting and matching colors. Like a firework this time, not with just similar shades, but with elements that seem almost to flash as the aurora borealis.

 

This will be built as a round gown, in one piece to close at the front with pins.

 

You will need to have a proper set of mid-18th century undergarments at hand, before we start, including stays, paniers and petticoat at least.
