Shipping
All items will be shipped via tracked shipping. Should you need express shipping, please ask before placing the order.
Once the item is handed to the courier, it is out of my responsability. Lost and damaged items dependingon the shipping company’s work will not be refunded. Shipping insurance is available upon request, and has to be requested before the order is placed. Refunds for orders damaged or lost during shipping depend on the shipping company.
Customs fees and local taxes and other fees will be covered by the customer.
You accept your item as seen and liked
Mine is a very small business. This means that offering a service like Amazon returns and refund is not possible. Moreover my irems are all one of a kind, made by me from the very beginning to the end, which means that replacing an item with a different size is impossible.
In case the item is not as expected, or doesn’t fit, we can discuss together a solution if the problem is reported within 24 hours from the delivery. Wearing the item for an event and then returning it will not be possible. Trying the item on is allowed, but wearing it for an event will be considered like accepting the item completely.
For custom created items returns and refound will not be possible. Should there be any problem, please contact me and I’ll try to do my best to help.
Deadlines
Deadlines should be comunicated before making a purchase or paying a commission. Any deadline comunicated after that can be ignored.
Customers with strict deadlines are expected to reply within 24 hours to any message. Delays in replies might translate into delivery delays.
Crafting time and shipping time given are an average. It can take longer. There can be delays not depending on my work, especially before supplies are delivered and after the dress is shipped. I can only control my own work, therefore I will not respond for delays depending on other parts.
Should you request alterations during the process, crafting time may increase.
Custom items and items purchased through payment plans submit to further regulations and agreements, that will be discussed with each customer.
